This Week’s First Communion Event

The First Communion “Station Rotation” will take place this Thursday evening from 6-8pm. The evenings’ activities will begin inside St. Rose Church at 6:00pm. The purpose of this event is to help families prepare for the child’s reception of their First Holy Communion, so this experience should be attended by both students and parents. During this event, the entire group in attendance will be divided into three smaller groups that will rotate to three different stations relating to First Communion. The evening will end by 8pm.

Tissues Needed

Once again our classroom is running low on tissues. If you are willing to donate some boxes of tissues it would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping this is the final supply request I have to make this year.

Famous American Projects

I want to thank parents and family members for all the time and assistance you provided to your child in completing their famous American project. Every student was prepared and all did a terrific job! Also, the first St. Rose School Wax Museum was a huge success! We very much appreciated the many visitors that attended the museum to support of our hard working students and explore their fabulous projects!

Report Cards

Report cards went home Monday, March 26th. Please sign and return both the report card and the envelope as soon as possible (if you haven’t already). When I receive your child’s signed report card and envelope back at school, I will send a copy of the current report card home for you to keep.

Book-It

If your child met the March Book-It reading goal, please send in their completed calendar by the end of this week. This will conclude the Book-It reading program for this school year.
