No School

St. Rose School will not be in session Friday, January 13^th or Monday, January 16^th.

No PM Busing

There will be no pm busing on Tuesday, January 24^th. New Lexington City Schools will have an early dismissal on this day.

Market Day

Market day order forms are due in the school office by Thursday, January 12^th. Internet orders are due by 11pm on January 18^th. Pick-up is scheduled for Monday, January 23^rd, from 6 to 7. Volunteer hours are available January 23^rd from 5 to 6, unloading and sorting items. If you have any questions, please call Chrissy Dold. (342-1572)

Cafeteria Extras

Beginning today, January 4^th, extra food items ordered from the cafeteria will be $1.00.

Tuition Assistance

All applications for tuition assistance must be completed online and submitted electronically by March 15, 2012. Please read the following information from the Diocese:

AND SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY BY MARCH 15, 2012

If you do not have Internet access, please check with your local library or see if you can make arrangements with your school.

To be considered for the Diocese of Columbus Tuition Assistance Program:

1. You must be registered in one of the Diocesan schools by March 15, 2012.

2. The Diocese will only accept ONLINE APPLICATIONS (www.factstuitionaid.com), the application must be submitted by March 15, 2012 and supporting documentation must be postmarked by March 15, 2012. (Please file early in case additional documentation is requested by FACTS.)

3. Payment of the $25.00 application fee must accompany the application.

4. Only one application per family is required.

There will be no busing for St. Rose Students next week. Busing will resume on Tuesday, January 3^rd.

St. Rose School will dismiss at 1:30 next Wednesday, December 21^st.

BREAKFAST WILL NOT BE SERVED WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21^ST.

Market Day

Secret Santa
Students in grades K-8 will be visiting Secret Santa Tuesday, December 13^th, at their scheduled time. The Secret Santa shop will also be open on Wednesday, December 14^th, for those who may not have been able to shop on Tuesday or for those who need to pick up their lay away.

Christmas Program
The St. Rose School annual Christmas Program will be Tuesday, December 20^th, beginning at 7 pm. Students are to be there no later than 6:30.

Christmas Break
St. Rose School will have their Christmas break beginning Thursday, December 22^nd. School will resume Tuesday, January 3^rd.

Early Dismissal
St. Rose School will dismiss at 1:30 on Wednesday, December 21^st. There will be no am or pm busing this day.

No Buses
There will be no busing, am or pm, December 19^th-21^st. Busing will resume on January 3^rd.

No School

PLEASE, ONLY PUT ALUMINUM CANS IN THE RECYCLING BIN. ANYTHING ELSE IS NOT ACCEPTED.
